Quantitative Project Director
Alan Newman Research, a Richmond, Virginia based national market research and consulting firm, has an immediate opening for a full-time quantitative research professional. The quantitative project director/quantitative analyst possesses strong analytical and writing skills and is responsible for managing quantitative research projects from the proposal stage to final report and presentation of findings to clients. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to: managing quantitative research projects from start to finish, utilizing intercept, mail, web, and telephone methodologies, developing survey questionnaires and banner/analysis plans, producing data tables and analyzing large data sets, producing written reports, including graphical reports in PowerPoint, and presenting reports and detailed findings to clients. Minimum Requirements are a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, mathematics, social sciences, or related, including several courses in statistical sciences (advanced degree desirable) and a minimum of 3 years work experience in market research or related industry (as a client or vendor).
